Shares of $META are adding more than 6.5% today, and I'm really happy about it.
The company has launched Muse, a personal AI agent connected to Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. It can write emails for you, book restaurant tables, or shop. Paid tiers start at as much as $100 per month.
The market has waited years for an answer to "where are the real revenues from those hundreds of billions in AI capex". Muse is the first concrete answer and the markets are rewarding it — banks Mizuho and KeyBanc both raised their price targets above $750.
For me, this is exactly the moment when the "AI spending without returns" narrative gets its first crack. And when the stocks I hold are also rising — well, today is ready for me! 😄
